The company produces tube mills of its own design for manufacture of longitudinally welded profiles. The forming equipment produces profile size up to 140 x 140 x 4,5 mm max. and tubes up to 159 x 4,5 mm max. The HF welding generator has an output 50 to 400 kW. Production speed while welding is 40 to 140 m/min.Strip accumulators work at the same speeds with material strip width 40 to 580 mm. Flying shears and flying cutoff by cold saw are our big speciality, distinguished by a long tool life of the cutting tools. CNC tube bundling can stack finished products up to 12 m in length. Apart from steel, production can be in stainless steel, copper or titanzinc. Then the tube can have a diameter up to 200 x 1,8 mm. In addition to the standard HF welding, we use TIG, Laser and Plasma. Currently our company intends to produce and supply stainless steel tubes and components made of these tubes to the dynamically growing automotive industry. As machine manufacturing and designing specialists, our main advantage is that of always being able to precisely tailor parameters of a machine to the requirements of a customer.
