Maximum properties – lengt, width 5m, weight 3,5 t
For the telescopic covers we developed a conventional damping unit up to 60 m/min. (segment energy).
We design covers with mechanism for a fully controlled motion up to 120 m/min.

Features
Owing to the many years of experience and several tens of thousands of covers made, they are characterized by:

adjusting for high travel speeds;
design for both horizontal and vertical application;
original design adjusted to the advanced technology used by a customer;

Design:
To design the telescopic covers we use parametric 3D models, which enable us a quick reaction to the customer´s demands.
We accept and provide the basic data in PDF/DXF/STP formats;
They are designed, adjusted and made to measure for our customers according to specific parameters and application;
During designing, the up-to-date technologies of 3D designing in CAD are used;
For each customer, a solution is prepared and completed within several weeks.
Development
In cooperation with VCSVTT we work on a research and development project called „Covers and engine bonnets of new generation“ for machine tools. The aim of this project is to innovate and extend the supply of machine covers in Medium-Tec and High-Tec categories, to extend the customer support in the covers area and to create a modular building system of machine covers and bonnets.

Material
Telescopic covers are made of high-quality steel sheet in thickness from 1,5 mm to 3 mm, also in a stainless design.

To our customers we offer:
Covering of all machine tool axes equipped with wiper systems with supporting plates of stainless sheet or drawn sections. Both systems provide excellent sealing and wiping characteristics;
Systems of sliders of brass, brass with a special sliding plastic layer, or plastic sliders;
Three sizes of travel bearings or plastic travel bearings;
For the damping of shocks and high speeds, we offer a wide range of damping systems, including shear systems and hydraulic brake systems;
Sale of high quality original spare parts;
Possibility of renovations of current telescopic covers in our company;
Measuring of cover dimensions right on the customer´s machine, followed by designing of engineering solution of telescopic cover;
