Machine highlights

High-speed machining centers of MCV line are identified for precision and quick machining of disparate components. By virtue of high accuracy, dynamic of linear axis drives is this machine particularly suitable for form cutting. More variants of spindles allows the customer strict selection in his requirements. There are both power spindles with the gearbox for power machining (as many as 620 Nm) and high-speed spindles with 24 000 rpm, which are great at form machining, in our offer.

The line of MCV machines is built on the supporting frame in the Cform. The ordering and the shape form of the machine supporting frame are optimized with respect to the requirement for the high rigidity and stability. Application of the linear lead in all linear axes guarantees the required accuracy and dynamic by the machining
