The machines have one big electrical motor. Generally, the movement consists of one motor, with variator and special reducer / Gearbox, for distribution of planetary movements. On the one side of the motor there is pulley with three belts. On the other side of the motor there is the Gearbox/ Reducer.
The difference between the lapping and polishing machines is in the cylinders height . Lapping cylinders are higher by 150-200 mm of those of polishers.
