The company UNICORN - ESK, s.r.o. becomes on 01.01.2004 the succession company of VSŽ UNICORN TORNAĽA s. r.o. With continuation of business activities takes over the company UNICORN - ESK, s.r.o. an engineering tradition in Tornaľa whose history comes back to the date of 01.08.1974. The company has more than 30 years experience in production of shaping machines as well as in the manufacturing of various machine-building pieces through welding and machining. The company employs actually 170 employees.
The principal production represent shaping machines and cooperative production for foreign and domestic customers based on supplied drawing documentation. The shaping machines with electromechanical and hydraulic drives are controlled by NC and CNC control systems and serve the purpose of steel sheet, profiles and pipes processing with cold bending, cutting and pressing. The manufactured machinery units are completed by broad variety of spare parts and tools incl. guarantee and after guarantee service.
Innovation is one of driving engines of any technical and commercial development. So is for us the priority to satisfy the growing requirements of potential customers in the field of quality, reliability, simple functionality and serviceability of the manufactured engineering equipments. We concentrate almost all our energy on the development and innovation of pipe bending machines.
In 2004 presented the company on the market the first multilevel hydraulic pipe bending machine with pushing bending of the type series INTELLIBEND with CNC control system and the complete manufacturing unit for steel sheet processing- decoiler, coiler, transversal and longitudinal cutting and bending up to 6 meters.
In 2007 was presented the innovated version IB 40 MT BR CNC. Based on acquired experience passed the engineering type series through structural, technical and technological modifications incl. their control system. The development put the accent on the final conception that would fully meet the target and match with highest quality of the conception itself with the highest possible reliability in the service. To achieve such aims were implemented in the field of control and electrical components implemented latest automation designs of the company BaR Automation known as one of the worldwide leading companies in the automation field.
