Grinding machine BUC 85 C PROFI is intended for grinding in automatic cycles and it also enables the manual grinding. In basic variant the machine is fitted with ca twenty predefined programs with possible further SW options. Programming is realised by dialogue manner (parametric entering of values) by means of prepared programs on the machine by ISO code programming. Both manual and automatic cycle grinding is fitted for grinding of external rotating and cone surfaces by traverse or recess manner. The machine provides grinding of face surfaces when the equipment for internal grinding is used (another variant), it provides also grinding of inner cylinder and cone holes etc. The workpieces may be fixed between centres, by flying-mode into clamping chuck, grippers, or on magnetic clamping plate of drive headstock. The drive headstock, grinding wheel head and upper table for cone grinding may be inclined manually, alternatively the cones may be grinded by SW option for grinding of cones by interpolation of X-Z axes.
Machines in Profi variant are fitted with control system Siemens 810 D or 840D. In basic variant the machine is fitted with 10“ display, and upon request of customer also 12“ or 15“ display is available.
Control system is made on basis of PC computer; in basic variant is it fitted with processor Intel Celeron 1.2 GHz, 512 MB RAM and 40GB HD. The system is fitted with USB connector and RJ45 connector for connection into company network.

Machine realisation CE, control system SIEMENS Sinumerik 810 D, controlled axes X - feed-in of grinding wheel head, Z - feed of table in basic variant, manual wheel for axes X and Z (switching), linear and circle interpolation of axes X and Z, own programming in ISO code, remote diagnostic, partial covering with automatic controlled front doors.
