Free capacity Water-Jet Cutting

It is the hydroabrasive technology, the basic principle of which is speed-grinding-off any material shapes by pressure of water-jet without and/or with abrasive ingredients through a special jet operating as a cutting tool. Water operating pressure is from 2,000 to 4,000 bars. Cut path is controlled by a computer according to a pre-set program.

•Engineering dimensioned drawing, sketch
• For ACAD 2002 CZ in formats „dwg“, „dxf“
and vector formats „ai“, „3dm“
Workstation-technical parameters:

•Desktop is 2 x 1.3 m
•Thickness of material to be cut is 0.1 – 40 mm
•Cut-out accuracy is ± 0.2 mm
Rate of setting, offer processing and price fixing depend on:

•Data delivered for processing (drawing, file „dwg – dxf“)
•Quality, sort, and thickness of material, required quality of cut and its complexity
•Demands on handling and base materials
•Series sizes and general volume of job orders, requests on packing and transport instructions
•Price of every and each job order is calculated individually, considering data amount !
