ZAMET, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1994. Its business is metal production focusing on processing sheet metal, making sheet metal parts and subassemblies, surface treatment and installations, machining and manufacture of clamping devices.

Our goal is to deliver to our clients products in such shape and quality as to ensure that the supplied parts or subassemblies would not require any further technological operations.

For this we are equipped with state-of-the-arts technologies, TRUMPF lasers and folding brakes, two CLOOS Romat 350 welding robots and MIG/MAG and TIG classic welding technologies.

In 2005 the company opened a new branch specialising on machining. It is equipped with a broad range of machine tools such as:

» MCFV 1260 CNC vertical machining centre

» AXA CNC vertical machining centre

» FQH 50 CNC horizontal machining centre

» SPR 63, SPRY 40, SPRY 16, EBOSA 40

and EMCO TURN lathes

» single-spindle automatic lathes plus classic

lathes and milling machines

In 2003 our company was awarded ISO 9001:2001 Quality Control System Certificate.

Our company was certified against ISO 14001:2005 in the year 2007.

We supply our products to clients from a variety of industries, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
